My wife Kristie met Marc and Rocky at a training seminar and as a former real estate agent, she felt they knew what they were doing. Originally we refinanced with Marc in an adjustable rate loan as rates were very favorable. When the market changed, Marc called us and advised us that extreme market changes were about to take place. Marc locked a 5.75% 30 year fixed mortgage as a result of a declining market and saw that we were not going to lose money if we made this move. He quickly moved us into the fixed rate loan and saved us thousands in interest over the life of our loan. I personally can't see getting a better rate than 5.75 and the commitment to customer satisfaction that Marc gave us was invaluable. It just goes to show you can trust good people to take care of you even if you don't watch the market every day. Thanks Marc!

I have known Rocky for many years and when I heard he was in the Real Estate business I had no hesitation in trusting him to take care of me. I served 19 years as a California State Corrections Officer before being retired due to a work related injury. I had no idea that after retirement the lending business would treat my retirement income as questionable. I had to provide much documentation for which Rocky was very good at explaining lender guidelines. Rocky worked doubletime to make sure my wife and I were taken care of and especially in a rapidly changing market. It felt like a race against the clock. But my respect and trust in Rocky paid off as he came through with everything he promised. I know it was no easy task for him but he kept his cool and saw the deal through.
