Letter from the president,
Welcome to Code 3 Loans! I served 15 years as a Marin County Deputy Sheriff and held the positions of F.T.O, SWAT, Field I.D. Tech., Special Deputy Coroner and Rural Crimes/livestock Officer. A work related injury forced my early retirement. I had invested in real estate throughout my career and realized many of my co-workers were doing the same. Prior to my retirement I obtained my real estate license and began to provide real estate loans and investments to those in the emergency services profession.
As the business grew I realized there were other personnel in the emergency services profession that were either in the real estate business or were interested in becoming an agent. After assembling a team of people I trust, who have either actively served or are closely associated with these professions, I formed Code 3 Loans. I'm sure you will find the service and attention you would expect from our company (including working around your schedule). I am convinced that once you realize the level of service we have to offer at the right price, you too will be a repeat customer. Please read our customer testimonials and find comfort that we are the real deal as far as performing your real estate needs.
Remember we are a unique group of individuals and it is nice to know you are working with professionals that share and understand your profession. I once heard a client of mine say that his former broker told him "if you can't call me before 5:00pm then we can't make your loan." Well we know what it is like to hold over, work the graveyard shift, or get that last call before your shift ends. We don't feel you should have to answer to anyone who can't be flexible in time when it comes to shift work. We've been there and understand! Not to mention you get enough hassle while on the job and the last thing you need is more BS from a loan agent. I'm confident that like our many satisfied customers, you too will experience the unconventional in the mortgage loan business.
Sincerely,
Marc Hunter, President
